Designed to be simple, transparent but effective, our approach is fully managed by our team of kitchen planners and designers who work with you throughout the process to ensure we deliver your kitchen, to your design, to a showroom standard.
We believe that our approach combined with our inspirational designs, quality kitchens, professional service and attention to detail sets us apart from the competition. Why not take a look at our kitchen range or book a free design consultation?
Think long and hard about what you like and dislike about your current and past kitchens. Make detailed notes, focussing on elements of your kitchen you would most like to change or retain. Consider those special occasions when you felt your kitchen lived up to your expectations or failed to deliver. Think about how you’d like your kitchen to reflect your personality and lifestyle. Take inspiration from other peoples kitchens or from browsing home design and interiors magazines to identify styles, finishes and features that grab your attention. Carefully consider the use of colour, lighting, worktops, appliances and accessories that can be used to personalise or add that something a little extra to your kitchen design.
The most important part of the consultation is spending time understanding you, your lifestyle and your kitchen design ideas. Our kitchen designer will need to consider such things as your cooking and food shopping habits, whether the kitchen will be a social space and any preferences you may have on finishes, colours, appliances and worktops. At this stage, the more information you can share with us, the better the end result.
Our kitchen designer will then measure the space accurately and get a better idea of the flow of the room before introducing you to our range of kitchen units, appliances, worktops and accessories. Once the designer understands the space and your requirements he will then work with you to discuss, consider and narrow down the available design options.
Following the visit, we produce detailed quotations with full colour CAD drawings to give you a 3D visual of your selected kitchen designs. These will be made available securely online for you before the second design consultation meeting, allowing you time to provide feedback so that we can refine your designs.
During the second design consultation the kitchen designer will spend time walking you through each design and quotation allowing you time to ask questions and, where required, refine further the design until you are completely satisfied.
We can also discuss the additional services that we offer to put the finishing touches to the kitchen, for example, we can also arrange for your kitchen walls & ceiling to be painted by a professional painter & decorator once the kitchen is installed.
Following receipt of a confirmed order and deposit, we will provide a provisional installation date.
Depending on the complexity of the installation, we may also carry out a full technical survey with our tradesmen. Where the kitchen is being installed in an extension or new open plan room, we’ll either organise and coordinate the building work using our contractors or supply detailed electrical and plumbing plans for your builders then liaise with them to ensure that the finished room and essential utilities are suitable for successful installation of the kitchen.
7 days prior to the provisional installation date we will contact you to confirm the commencement date, provide the installation schedule (including details of all tradesmen that will support the install) and answer any questions that you may have.
All of these are essential to ensure smooth and trouble free installation of your kitchen.
Once the kitchen installation is complete we organise for the entire kitchen to be professionally cleaned before the installation is signed off.
In the unlikely event that a problem does occur, our post-installation warranty ensures a prompt response to rectify any problems.
